John Telford
John Telford's practice focuses primarily on representing management in labor and employment matters. Telford's experience includes addressing positive employment and union-related issues, including collective bargaining, labor arbitrations, election campaigns, proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and guiding clients through the myriad of labor and employment issues associated with business restructuring. Telford also represents several airline industry clients governed by the Railway Labor Act.
Telford's employment practice includes representing management in litigation before federal and state courts and administrative agency. This includes significant experience litigating allegations of discrimination, harassment, reasonable accommodation, non-compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Family Medical Leave Act, breach of contract and wrongful termination.
Telford's earned a Bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University and a J.D. from Tulane University Law School, graduating magna cum laude. He is a member of Georgia State Bar and Atlanta Bar Association.
